The Tennessee Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and the Tennessee Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission are sponsoring a virtual meeting of ALL stakeholders in the evictions process.
Landlords, tenants, judges, court clerks, attorneys, mediators, and other stakeholders are invited to participate in this event.
Participants will learn about the current status of rental assistance programs and other resources available across the state for landlords and tenants.
There will be breakout sessions where participants will meet with other stakeholders in their areas to discuss what is going well and where this is room for improvement in evictions matters.
The goals of the Summit are:
Encourage collaboration and creative solutions to navigate the current housing challenges our state is facing due to COVID-19; and
Convene All stakeholders to discuss and improve existing resources and create new resources to help in the evictions crisis.
